Campus Estates is a student accommodation developer and development partner to investors, developers, funders and landowners.

We’ve been at the forefront of student accommodation in the UK and Australia for over 20 years. We’ve delivered or led the development of over 25,000 student beds with a clear track record of growing portfolios through acquisitions and development. This includes over 7,000 beds for two of Australia’s largest market leading operators since 2009.

Campus Estates applies a rigorous approach to development: we work with established consultants and professional teams to ensure complex site and building matters are dealt with, costs managed expertly, and values maximised.

We can adapt and structure acquisition and development opportunities to suit our partners in a range of ways:

Campus Properties is building with Baracon

Campus Estates development arm, Campus Properties is partnering with the Baracon Property Group to establish a portfolio of properties to provide over 10,000 student beds across Australia and New Zealand over the next 5 years.

Baracon was established in 2000. Founding director Brett Rogers has over 35 years-experience in property development, commercial building, construction, real estate marketing and sales.  

As a developer, project manager and builder, Baracon covers the complete development cycle from site acquisition to sales and marketing; including construction management and design. Baracon is known for its:

  • Steering projects to completion as a highly reputable and active property development group

Our local team and global partners allow us to provide investment services and advice to investors, funds, banks and property development companies looking to invest or expand their interests in the purpose built student accommodation sector.
